Don't worry - we have all the protective gear you need from goggles to gowns and shoe covers. Don't come along in your best outfit - be prepared to get paint on you even if not intended. Neon paint does not come out of fabrics so be especially selective with your outfit for the neon sessions.
All we ask is that you come along 15 minutes before your session is due to start. We'll give you your protective gear and have a full run through of splatter instructions with our experienced guides. The rules are - there aren't really any rules! We'll wrap the sessions up, box up your art work or arrange a delivery for you (at an additional fee).
We do! We offer private sessions for kids birthday parties with a choice of neon or standard paints. Please get in touch to discuss your party requirements. Each child will be kitted with protective gear and will take away their A2 masterpiece on the day. We don't offer catering but you can bring your own on the day.
Our sessions run from 60 minutes to 120 minutes - our social events are a little longer to give you time to socialise as well as splatter.
Absolutely not - that's the beauty of the Splatter Room. We'll give you some guidance on the different techniques but no experience is necessary for our immersive art sessions.
Yes! Our costs include a pizza style transport box for your artwork so you can take it home with you on the day. If this is difficult for you, we can also keep hold of your piece for up to 10 days. You will need to arrange a time for collection or we can post it to you for an additional fee.
Our sessions are fun but very safe. All of our paint is non-toxic and you will be given overalls, gloves and safety glasses so the fun doesn't stop. We provide full face protection too - when the water guns full of neon paint come out, we've got you covered!
Yes you can. All we ask is that you take your rubbish home with you but there will be time and space to have a snack and drink during the splatter session. There is a cafe on site with superb coffee, toasties and pasties so you can arrive early and grab a bite from the cafe at the front of the studios (the cafe is not connected to the Splatter Room)
There are toilers and showers within the complex but there are not inside the splatter room. For those bringing children especially, it is advisable to visit the toilet before you arrive at the studio as you'll need to remove protective clothing if you need a trip to the loo during the session. Toilets are located next to the studio and the level below.
Yes - we actively encourage this! Please be sure not to include any members of the class who haven't given consent to us your pictures. We have Instagram and TikTok accounts where we'd love you to share you art and overall experience!
