Join us for our Rage and Paint sessions - A high-energy art experience designed to help you let go, get loud, and leave feeling empowered. In this guided splatter session you’ll release stress, express yourself freely, and reconnect with your confidence
Rage & Paint — London's first splatter paint experience designed just for women
Rage & Paint a space created specifically for women to come together, let loose, and make something beautiful out of it.
We're talking splatter painting, screaming, laughing, crying if you need to — all of it welcome, all of it celebrated.
Led by local artist Hannah, this is part rage room, part creative experience, part something you didn't know you needed until right now.
You'll throw paint. You'll release what you've been carrying. And you'll walk away with a piece of art made from that energy.
Why not make something with it?
This is for every woman who has ever swallowed something she didn't get to say.
Who has celebrated quietly when she deserved to celebrate loudly.
Who just needs a room full of women who get it.

When people feel anger, the body is activated (higher heart rate, adrenaline). Activities that involve movement and force—like throwing paint—help discharge that energy.
We don’t just painting - we physically release built-up energy

Art-making is widely used in art therapy to process emotions that are hard to verbalise.
Abstract, messy art (like splatter/gesture painting) is especially effective because there are no rules or pressure to be “good.”
It’s a safe outlet—no judgement, just expression.

Shouting or vocalising loudly can:
activate the diaphragm and breathing system, Release muscular tension
Create a sense of emotional “letting go”
In group settings, this is amplified
Screaming together feels powerful because it’s shared.

Doing something bold (like shouting or throwing paint) in a group creates psychological safety + bonding. Shared vulnerability and doing things together boosts feelings of belonging - that buzz you feel when a group shares an intense moment
It’s not just release—it’s connection.
