Corporate Team Building Packages

We recently visited the Splatter Paint Studio as a team outing, and it exceeded every expectation.

With a group of seven colleagues, we were looking for something different from the usual team-building activities. We wanted an experience that would bring people together, allow us to relax, celebrate a colleague heading off on a sabbatical, and going through a difficult life transition. This was the perfect choice.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was electric. The neon-lit studio, fantastic music, and vibrant energy immediately encouraged everyone to let their guard down and get involved. It didn't matter whether you considered yourself creative or not, because within minutes, everyone was laughing, experimenting, and fully immersed in the experience.

The hosts were exceptional. They were welcoming, enthusiastic, and completely open to ideas. Nothing felt restricted or overly structured, which allowed us to be spontaneous, silly, and genuinely enjoy ourselves. It created the kind of environment where people from different roles, personalities, and backgrounds could connect naturally.

What makes this experience particularly valuable for workplaces is that it removes hierarchy and expectations. Everyone starts on equal footing, covered in overalls, throwing paint, laughing together, and creating something unique. It was one of the most inclusive team activities we've ever done, appealing equally to men and women, introverts and extroverts, creative and non-creative personalities alike.

The added bonus is that everyone leaves with their own piece of artwork as a colourful reminder of a memorable shared experience that we'll hang proudly in our offices.

So if you're looking for a corporate event that genuinely encourages team bonding, boosts morale, sparks creativity, and gives people permission to simply have fun together, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. It's refreshing, energising, brilliantly organised, and unlike anything else we've done as a team.
